What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive, and always supported by superior artisanship & longevity.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone conversation to assess the customer's personal needs. We, then, follow up by setting a face-to-face appointment with the customer for further discussion and a visual inspection of the project. Finally, we provide the customer with a written quote.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers from all walks of life. Our work has spanned commercial, residential, modest, and large-scale.  We are not accepting full residential rehab projects at this time.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently, we completed a project for a great couple who moved into their retirement home. We demolished rooms, installed custom cabinetry and created some unique woodworking units. The project took about 3 weeks.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
**Be clear about the work you want completed but, with a clear vision for your finished product.

**Be honest with yourself about your budget/time schedule. Always expect the unexpected. (Time & Financial)
